OVERVIEW
• Razorweld ARC180 is an inverter-based welding machine produced using the latest in IGBT technology.
• This machine is reliable, robust and stacked with features that you can expect from UNIMIG.
• The DC MMA welding capability delivers a smooth and incredibly stable arc allowing easy welding with MMA electrodes producing high quality welds on material such as cast Iron, stainless steels and mild steels.
• The machines is capable of running general purpose and low hydrogen electrodes with either VRD switched on or off by the key at the rear of the machine.
• This assists in the arc striking making it easy to run hard to start electrodes.
• The Razorweld ARC180 is equipped with DC Lift TIG Arc function that allows quality DC TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, bronze, copper and chrome moly.
• The Lift Arc function is superb and delivers perfect arc ignition which minimises the tungsten electrode sticking to the work piece, a remarkably smooth stable arc produces high quality TIG welds for a high quality finish.
• The Razorweld ARC180 is an exceptional machine that is suitable for a wide range of applications including light industrial use, site welding, farming, along with repair and maintenance applications.
• The Razorweld Arc180 is packaged in a robust PVC carry case with your choice of MMA option accessories or MMA/TIG option accessories.

KEYABLE VRD
• Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) is a safety feature when operating in MMA/Stick mode.
• VRD reduces the maximum unloaded open circuit voltage across the output terminals.
• This makes the machine safer to use and is an industry standard in the welding industry.
• Unimig has taken VRD to the next level by adding a Key which allows the user to switch the VRD on or off to assist in running electrodes which are harder to start such as Low Hydrogen Electrodes.

• We also have authorised service centres across Australia as well. UNIMIG’s focus is to assure the buyer is getting reliability, performance and peace of mind with a quality product.
• UNIMIG also offers an additional 6 months warranty free of charge when you register your product online via the UNIMIG website.

Warranty Information

Warranty Claims Just Tools will honour all warranties as offered by each manufacturer (as per above details) Please fill in your warranty card or register online if required on the purchase of any product. All warranty claims can be dealt with at your closest authorised repair agent or dealer. A copy of your proof of purchase (Tax Invoice) will be required for all warranty claims. If tools are returned to Just Tools for Warranty claims, the end user is responsible for the freight charge for return of the item, however, once the warranty repair is complete, the items will be dispatched at the cost of Just Tools.
