Bear in mind it can take up to 24 hours for Australia Post, Star Track & Direct Freight to update their tracking page, so don't panic if it doesn't show tracking information immediately :)

Coronavirus impacts
Australia Post, Star Track & Direct Freight Deliveries are experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.
These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time.
Express Post Deliveries will not Guarantee a Next Day Delivery Time Frame as this Australia Post Delivery Service has also been affected.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders (under 20kg & under 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Australia Post eParcel Receipted Delivery method. (tracking number)
We deliver to all PO Boxes across Australia for all packages under 20kg.
All orders (over 20kg & over 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Star Track Express couriers. (tracking number)
All Ladder Orders within Australia will be sent via Direct Freight Express couriers. (tracking number)

All products ordered that are currently stock will be dispatched same day or next day. 
Allow between 1-8 working days for delivery* (depending on delivery address & if product is in stock) from you order being dispatched. 
All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 3-5 days to arrive in our store. 
We will email or call with an order update for products that are required to be ordered in from our supplier.
We can delivery direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.

During Free Delivery Promotion exclusions apply as below
• Packages which exceed 1m length or over 20kgs in weight will incur a shipping charge via Star Track Express, unless otherwise stated.
• For Products under $150.00 in value, customer will be charged Delivery Costs unless otherwise stated on individual product page.
• Just Tools reserves the right to change or withdraw Free Delivery at any time.
• All Product pages will be marked with 'Free Delivery' wording if applicable. Otherwise Delivery Fee will be charged for that product.

NO C.O.D. ORDERS

Individual orders may be placed and paid by CREDIT CARD, DIRECT DEPOSIT BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL, ZipPay & GIFT VOUCHER

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delays due to strikes, material shortages, delivery delays or any other cause beyond our control but will endeavour to keep customers fully informed of any difficulties or delays which may arise.

 

WARRANTIES
The laws in Australia in relation to warranties against defects changed from 1 January 2012. The Australian Consumer Law has introduced new requirements.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled too a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where the manufacturer of any product you have bought from us provides a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is in additional to your other rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods.

The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by us. However, if you wish to make a warranty claim, and it is not clear from the manufacturer's warranty as to who you should contact or how to process a claim, you can contact Just Tools 03 9696 5722 or tools@justtools.com.au), and we will try and assist you with your claim.

In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against any manufacturer's warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.
