DELIVERY TIME: FREIGHT & HANDLING SPECIFICATIONS & PRICES
All orders (under 20kg & under 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Australia Post eParcel Receipted Delivery method. (tracking number)
We deliver to all PO Boxes across Australia.
All orders (over 20kg & over 1m in length) within Australia will be sent via Star Track Express couriers. (tracking number)
All Ladder Orders within Australia will be sent via Direct Freight Express couriers. (tracking number)
All products ordered that are currently stock will be dispatched same day or next day.
Allow between 1-8 working days for delivery* (depending on delivery address & if product is in stock) from you order being dispatched.
All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 3-5 days to arrive in our store.
We will email or call with an order update for products that are required to be ordered in from our supplier.
We can delivery direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delays due to strikes, material shortages, delivery delays or any other cause beyond our control but will endeavour to keep customers fully informed of any difficulties or delays which may arise.
The laws in Australia in relation to warranties against defects changed from 1 January 2012. The Australian Consumer Law has introduced new requirements.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled too a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where the manufacturer of any product you have bought from us provides a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is in additional to your other rights and remedies under law in relation to those goods.
The warranty given by the manufacturer is not a warranty given by us. In any event, to be valid, any claim you may wish to make against any manufacturer's warranty would need to be within the warranty period stated by the manufacturer as that period within which a defect to which the warranty relates must appear.
